2011 Review Extravaganza - Q4

Sadly, the 2011 Review Extravaganza and another year are coming to a close. A big THANKS to all of the wonderful hostesses of this walk down memory lane!

In October, I showed you how to make Edible Halloween Jewelry, linked up my first cake creation as a member of the Cake Slice Bakers, and forgot to show you Mater's Smurfday Cake--my little buddy turned 2!

In November, I told you how to read magazines and help a good cause, shared some amazing Snickerdoodle Chex Mix, and told you all about our phone scam.

In December, I shared the yummiest, easiest fudge ever, lamented my inability to beat the Rev in our Fantasy Football league, and forgot to photograph or show you the B-Man's Scooby Doo cake--he is my favorite 6 year old!

Can't wait to see what is in store for 2012!

2011 Review Extravaganza - Q3

And the Extravanganza continues! It's time to review all that happened in July, August, and September.

In July, we saw the Rev go bathing suit shopping.

In August, the vet rolled in with some dire news for our sweet doggy, Scarlett.

In September, I told you all about my crazy medical condition (which left but has come back!) and proved that you can make some yummy goodness out of canned biscuits!

What were you up to late summer?

2011 Review Extravaganza - Q2

I'm joining up with all of the girls for another week of reviewing some of 2011's best. Up this week is April, May, and June.

In April, I attempted
Homemade Cadbury Cream Thingys and was forced to fess up that for a change The Rev Was Right.

In May, the Rev finally finished up The 20 Year Plan and became a college graduate. And I shared a Quick Teacher Appreciation Gift (which would also make a great Christmas gift, as well!).

In June, I shared my obsession with Grape Salad with you and showed you what I made for my heroes .

What was going on in your neck of the woods this spring?

2011 Review Extravaganza - Q1

I'm linking up with a ton of wonderful gals, including my girl, Impulsive, who want to know what we have been up to this year. This week, we're recapping January, February, and March.

In January, I shared a list of Home Goals for the year (that are still waiting to be completed) and a recap of the Rev and I's trip to the Chick-fil-A Bowl in Atlanta.

In February, I showed you what a letter from me might look like, how to patch up your hubby's ridiculously-shabby-but-we couldn't-live-without-it shirt, and shared a cheap storage solution for one of my favorite accessories, the scarf.

In March, we made earrings out of candy, brought you The Best Baked Penne and the Rev issued a public service announcement about how not to use this.

What about you? What were you up to earlier this year? Link up with the ladies and tell us!
