Chicken Alfredo Bubble Up

Here is a yummy little casserole that we tried recently. I halved the recipe and made it in an 8x8 pan. Of course, you can make a whole recipe, if you need to to feed your fam! I'm going to change it up with pizza sauce and pepperoni as the main ingredients next time.

Chicken Alfredo Bubble Up

2 cans (16.3 Oz. Size) Grands Biscuits
1 pound Jarred Alfredo Sauce
½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
1-½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 pound Chicken, Cubed And Cooked
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and place in a bowl. Toss biscuits with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.

Add chicken and half of the cheese. Toss until well blended.

Spray a 9″ x 13″ in pan with cooking spray. Pour biscuit mixture into the pan and top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 375ºF for 25-35 minutes or until biscuits are done. Make sure the middle is done!
