Bead Soup Blog Party Reveal: Part 1

Remember, when I showed you the beads that I received to work with in the Bead Soup Blog Party here? If not, here is a refresher pic of what they looked like:
The rules of the swap say that you have to use the focal piece and the clasp, but you can use them in different pieces. Unfortunately, with vacation, pregnancy/baby stuff, and MeeMaw's passing, I am a little behind. I have finished the bracelet that I used the clasp in, but haven't quite finished the focal piece, hoping to have it done and ready to share late in the week. Until then, here is the bracelet, using the antique brass swivel clasp, some of the brass spacer beads, mahogany obsidian rounds, faceted tumbles of brown snowflake obsidian, and some beads and links that I had laying around.

Unfortunately, my swap partner Sue's mother has become gravely ill and she isn't able to complete her pieces, but you can check out all of the other talented participant's pieces by visiting here.
