Our new baking selection, The Southern Cake Book, has really been hitting it out of the park. I chose to bake the Mississippi Mud Cake this month in cupcake form. The cupcakes were really dense and brownie like and are covered in marshmallows, chocolate drizzle and pecans. Bonus: the frosting makes extra and would be awesome drizzled over warm pound cake or ice cream. The recipe with the cupcake adaptation can be found here.
