P.S. Am I the only one that did not know that you should wait 30 minutes after eating before you brush your teeth? Apparently doing so earlier may cause you to actually push any food acids further into your teeth and eat away at the enamel. You learn something new every day!

Its the 28 days that I was just asking about last night-- I'm on day 23 of no donuts or mac n cheese and I think I could be okay to say that i'm over the craving. I am trying to acquire a love for walking and running.... so I have another 14 days to go. eek!!!!
