Tipsy Tuesday (#212)

Spring has sprung ...and with it the pollen that causes seasonal allergies.

Tip #212

Making this small change/addition to your daily routine can lessen the amount of pollen induced allergy suffering that you experience.

Instead of taking a shower right when you wake up, take one at the end of the day. The shower will wash away all of the pollen that might be attached to your skin or hair, allowing you the best chance of getting a good allergy-free night of sleep.

**Alright now, I'm talking tips, head over to see what Impulsive and Shawn are talking about on Talk to us Tuesday!**

Great tip! Glad I don't have allergies, taking a shower at night would be a PITA because of my hella hair. ;)

Unless I'm going out somewhere that I need my hair to look cute, I always shower at night, especially with the heat right now. It helps cool me off before bed and keeps the sheets clean. Glad to know it helps with allergies too!

ooh, interesting- I'd look like a rag a muffin if I did that though-- my hair is crazy at night. Luckily I don't get allergies-- but maybe that's b/c its still winter temps here today! grr...

Yep, I'm like Janette - my hair is a complete mess in the morning, and no amount of brushing or taming products seems to help! My roommate showers in the morning AND at night lol - maybe I'll have to start doing that! Not warm enough here yet for the allergies to hit, but I know they're coming...

I might try this with my little boy!

There is never a time that I'm not suffering from allergies out here. I'm hoping that's one thing that gets better when we go to London and I'm not around so much nature all the time. I almost always shower at night, but I guess my allergies are too severe for it to do much good. :o(

Oh didn't even ever think of that. I do shower at night though, pretty much always have, so I am all set :)
