Square Pancakes...Sort Of

A great Pinterest recipe for Pancake Squares means no time standing over the stove with a spatula, flipping away. Add a side, maybe some eggs, if you want, and you have a great breakfast or my favorite, breakfast for dinner!

And on a sidenote, the Rev made fun of me for adding syrup to my country ham. If I have pancakes or waffles, I always put syrup on the breakfast meat that they are served with - sausage, bacon, etc. Am I weird? Does anybody else do this?

Breakfast meat MUST have syrup! Always! There isn't much better than bacon and syrup. yum!

Yep, I love either sausage or bacon and pancakes just so I can dip my meat in the leftover syrup. Yummy!

I always dip my breakfast sausage in syrup!

We just started doing Sunday Family Breakfasts. Don't tell my husband but it's my secret plan to get him out of bed on Sunday.

Oooh I'm going to have to try those. I hate standing and flipping. I'm a terrible pancake flipper. Your breakfast makes my cereal look like dirt!

I will have ham with my breakfast foods but I won't put syrup on it. But I also am one that will eat my eggs first before putting syrup on as I want to ensure no syrup gets on my eggs or any of my other food than pancakes.
