The first quarter of 2012 saw many crafty, DIY projects and this surprises absolutely no one that knows me! I made Matchbox Car Caddies for Team Jacie's boys, made my own Love Scratch Offs for the Rev for Valentine's Day, Twizzler Rainbows for St. Patrick's Day, a Diaper Clutch for a Baby Shower, and blinged out my very first Pinewood Derby Car.
Then I participated in the Seriously Impulsive Swap, where I was paired with Janette and a friendship was born. She's a real good gift swapper, ya'll!
I discovered Pinterest and got inspired to try to mail Easter eggs. It worked!
I shared many recipes for your Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker.
And of course, we can't forget that in the first quarter the Rev told us that he spends time with ho(e)s.
What were you up to?

I seriously wondered if mailing the eggs would work like I read it would. Glad to know it does... now I might have something new to try next spring!! :)
I have to remember the easter egg thing. That is so cool!
You always have the BEST ideas for crafts and treats - who needs Pinterest?! ;) I really need to remember the Easter eggs in the mail - and the pot of gold/rainbow treats for St. Paddy's Day! So cute!!
Your crafts are fantastic!
I just had some friend mail....heads. Like mannequin heads. I would love to have seen the mailman's faces when they saw they were delivering them!
Totally laughing at the hoe story! Too funny. And love love your pinewood derby car- that is awesome. Janette is awesome! I think I will have to try the Easter Eggs this year- so fun that you can just mail them.
Thank you so much for linking up with us
I was always in love with all the great ideas you had-- I think I did at least 2 of them.. the St. Patricks day and easter eggs-- those were my favorite!! What are we doing this coming year?
When did you find out you were pregnant? Wasn't it early in the year? I mean, you kept it under the radar from everyone for a while till things were good to go but what a great year for you!! Love ya!! Always will be my 1st Love Swap.
I remember those St Patricks day treats! So cool! I did try the Easter Eggs but mine got lost in the mail. Maybe the mail lady had a treat.
Janette is the best swap partner. She goes all out!
