With so much going on last week, I got a little behind in my cooking, so 2 DCB recipes today to catch me up!
4 Chicken Breasts
1/4 C Butter, melted
1 C Sour Cream
3 C Crushed Ritz Crackers
Using three shallow dishes, put the butter in the first one, the sour cream in the second one, and the crushed ritz crackers in the third one.
Dip each chicken breast in the butter first, then the sour cream, then the Ritz crackers.
Place the chicken in the Deep Covered Baker and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Speedy Corn on the Cob
4 Ears of Corn
1/4 cup water
Discard tough outer husks and silk of corn. Reserve tender inner husks and rinse under cool water.
Trim stems off cobs.
Line bottom of DCB with half of husks.
Place corn on husks, top with remaining husks, and add the water.
Cover and microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
