Tipsy Tuesday (#146)

If you are like me, you could stand to save a few bucks on the items on your Christmas wish lists...

Tip # 146

If you do online shopping, sleep on it...

After you have picked out what you want from an online retail store, leave items in the shopping cart overnight. Many online retailers can generate a report that will show them who left items in their shopping cart (if you are shopping as a registered user, not a guest--they need your email address!). This group of shoppers then becomes their target audience. Some stores will send you a coupon for a percentage off or free shipping to persuade you to complete your order.

**Alright now, I'm talking tips, head over to see what Impulsive and Shawn are talking about on Talk to us Tuesday!**

I totally do this! But not because I am hoping for coupons; it's because once I sleep, I realize whether or not I really need the product or not. ;)

Very true! Although this season, the prices change daily on Amazon!! Sometimes down - yay, but many times, they have gone up - boo!!!

I wait because it helps prevent buyer's remorse. If I think on it it becomes less of an impulse purchase.

It always makes me laugh when I get an email from a store that says my cart is lonely.

HA!

Oh MY!! I'm such a dummy!!! When I online shop (or think I'm going to), I always empty my cart when I'm done. I had NO IDEA!!!!

Are you serious! I have never had that happen before, I'll get a notice that says my cart will empty in 14 days but never anything to entice me to buy what's in it. They must love you more!
