Stock up, freeze and save!
Bulk up on these items when you see them on sale and freeze them for use later:
- Butter
- Frozen Veggies
- Bread
- Nuts & seeds
- Whole-wheat flour
- Whole grains (brown rice)
- Wheat germ
- Coffee
- Lower fat milk (just remove 1 cup before freezing since the container will expand)
