So, we had some car trouble recently that left us stranded (for 3 hours!) on the highway...in the snow...with a 3 year old...Tip #348
Fortunately we had most of what we needed, but it definitely wouldn't hurt us to put together an emergency kit just in case.

P.S. Not on this list, but essential if you have a little one is a portable DVD player (fully charged!) and plenty of movies...trust me...#totallifesaver
