I'm a walking testament to the fact that weight loss happens in the kitchen. Doesn't matter that I work out 6 days a week...the pounds have piled back on the less responsibly I eat!

I'm so jealous that you guys have Thanksgiving to look forward to right now. Enjoy it!!!
