I've always been something of a neat freak and I've been struggling with getting it all done and not sacrificing time with Elise...
Tip #231
I recently saw this Cleaning Calendar on Pinterest and have decided to give it a whirl to see if it works.
I like the idea of dedicated free days and if you have been around here any length of time, you know I love a list, so fingers crossed!
Do any of you other Moms have any tips for me?

So you are the second person I've seen post about cleaning schedules today. I thought spring was supposed to induce this sort of thing, not fall! :o)
Oh how I should do something like this... because I live alone, the place doesn't tend to get dirty/messy too quickly, but then I shove it off until it's all too late and it takes me a whole Saturday to get things back in order. If I just did a little each day... I know, I know!
love this
Oh I think I could do that too!
Right now, my designated cleaning day is Monday. So far, it's the day with zero commitments. I would like to throw in a Friday cleaning day so that the house is in order for the weekend.
I am not sure I could handle a list for myself-- but it would help Erik to be more aware of what all has to be done so on the days he sees me wallowing around and annoyed, he will understand why.
I am in constant clean mode, I feel like Terminator with the scanning eye looking around the room and a red light going off when i see a mess. My kids are catching on-- Rayne loves to help clean.
