Lighten up.

The right combination of light and dark can help your body's circadian rhythm readjust so you can fall asleep on your new schedule and sleep more soundly. In the morning, open the shades and brighten the lights. Try to spend time outside during the day, if possible. Dim the lights in the evening, so that your body understands that it’s time to wind down.

Oh I love your new layout and header!! Awesome girl!! I actually love this daylight savings time change more than the one in the Fall where we gain an hour- I love having extra daylight at night! I feel like I can live after work!

I'm not having too hard of a time with the time change. The alarm is waking me up instead of waking on my own but that's okay.

The time change is kicking my butt. I woke up this morning (the first morning I've had to get up for work since the time change), and I was all confused about the darkness... I thought I'd messed up my alarm clock. Then it hit me: Time Change. Dammit!!!!

I was so thrown off by the time change yesterday I ended up in bed by 3 yesterday afternoon and slept until 11 this morning. I hate daylight savings time!

GIRL, that time change KILLED me. I get a blood transfusion every month and it just so happened to fall on Monday at 11AM. I don't function before 11 as it is and I have to wake up at 9 just to get ready for it so it was "really" 8 and I ended up so sick my husband had to come home from work early and I got in bed for 19 hours. I can't stand daylight savings time.
