If you are like me and are cold all of the time...

Tip #202

shut your mouth!

Inhaling and exhaling through your nose filters the air and warms it, which can help your whole body feel toastier. Try inhaling for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 4 seconds, then exhaling for 4 seconds. Repeat a few more times and you should be warmer!

Why I just tried that when I'm already a little too warm from my morning coffee is beyond me! I will give it a try this weekend while at Peanuts games, the high is going to be a chilly 62!

I tend to get cold about an hour after I eat. I'm normally on the couch and I may or may not be breathing.
