Tipsy Tuesday (#167)

I am all about working smarter, not harder...

Tip #167

Did you know that baking soda makes an excellent (and inexpensive!) scouring powder?

Make it easier to use by pouring it into a shaker, the kind used for parmesan cheese or spices. More control over the shaker versus that box equals less waste!

**Alright now, I'm talking tips, head over to see what Impulsive and Shawn are talking about on Talk to us Tuesday!**

Baking soda has so many uses other than baking. I love the idea of putting it in a shaker, oh so clever!

I love using baking soda and vinegar in slow drains to clean them out--also helps with the smelly drains.

The shaker is a good idea! I just tried baking soda in the water to hard boil eggs. It makes the shells easier to peel off.

Baking soda is an all purpose thing. My dad used to brush his teeth with it. Don't try it though. It was NASTY. Thanks for the tip!
