Tip #157
so I definitely need to follow this one and heat my feet the right way!
In an effort to conserve heat in cold weather, the body constricts blood vessels in the extremities, leaving us with chilly fingers and toes that last even after you come indoors. You might be tempted to reach for coffee or cocoa to warm up, but that is actually a no-no. The caffeine in these can put the squeeze on blood vessels, prolonging the shivers. Instead sip decaf tea that contains ginger or cinnamon, two spices that stimulate blood flow and will warm up those tootsies!
Alright now, I'm talking tips, head over to see what Impulsive and Shawn are talking about on Talk to us Tuesday!**

I never knew that about cinnamon and ginger! I'm tucking that away for later when I know I'm going to be cold... ;)

I think my body is immune to the caffeine. HA!
I always skip the caffeine, it doesn't like me anymore.
I love your tips. Just another reason why I'm glad I'm not a coffee drinker. Cinnamon and ginger! Mmmm!!!
BTW, my feet stay cold. Even in the summer. I think it means I'm cold hearted.
Hmm! Interesting!! I love cinnamon and ginger in tea, so this will work well for me :)
Since I have such horrible circulation I should be drinking this all of the tie. I had no clue, thanks!
Very interesting, although I think my favorite way to warm up my hands and feet is to put them on my warm husband :)
OR you could put on the woolly socks and sit next to the fire! ;o)
Seriously though - what is with this weather? It's like one day it's 70 degrees and the next you're getting 5 inches of snow! Ridiculous!
wow i didn't know tht great tip
MY feet are always cold, but the rest of me is always hot. Not sure if I should try the tip or not!
