You might be tempted to reach for coffee or cocoa to warm up, but that is actually a no-no. The caffeine in these can put the squeeze on blood vessels, prolonging the shivers. Instead sip decaf tea that contains ginger or cinnamon, two spices that stimulate blood flow and will warm up those tootsies!
