Another great, quick go-to dessert in the DCB.
13 Minute Cobbler Cake
1 box Classic Yellow Cake Mix (not butter kind)
1 Can Favorite Pie Filling – Peach, Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Cherry or Blackberry
1 ½ Sticks of Butter
1 Can Favorite Pie Filling – Peach, Apple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Cherry or Blackberry
1 ½ Sticks of Butter
In Deep Covered Baker, place DRY cake mix. Spread pie filling of choice over cake mix. Slice butter and place pats on top. Place lid on baker and microwave for 13 minutes.
Tip: For a more moist "cobbler cake" use 2 cans of pie filling instead of one. Spread the filling in the Deep Covered Baker first, then sprinkle the dry cake mix over that. Add the pats of butter on top. Microwave for 13-15 minutes.
P.S. I always use the more moist option where you put the cake mix on top, but I still only use 1 can of pie filling. Gives a really good crust to fruit ratio this way. Make sense?

The crust on a cobbler is my favorite! Who knew you could do so much in a DCB? You're just a freakin' wealth of knowledge, Stacie!
omg this sounds so good
I love cobbler but I just don't make it enough!
