Tip #147
Save freezer storage space by going pan free...
Line casserole dishes with foil, leaving a foil overhang. Use foil to lift food from pan after freezing. Place in a resealable plastic bag and store in the freezer.

Well...this is just friggin genious. I've totally run out of containers to store cookies, etc. in the freezer. I wish I'd been smart enough to think of this! lol
Love the tip. I am always running out of room in my freezer.
I'd have to do this, I don't have that many pans.
I love this idea BUT how can I be sure that none of that foil ends up in my mouth when I take a bite from my newly unfrozen dish? Do you know what foil feels like on fillings? <--tongue twister. Well, it doesn't feel great. I don't even like baked potatoes wrapped in foil.
I love you for linking up with us! =)
Dang, I wish my freezer was full :( Does it count though that it's new so I have a ways to go?
i'll have to try this
That seems way too easy. Have you actually tried this? I would think that the foil would tear when I pulled it out of the casserole dish. No? I'll have to give this one a try!
