Oh Fudge!

So, a few weeks ago while browsing through blogs, I came across this post, all about frosting fudge. I had never heard of such and couldn't even believe that you could make fudge with just 2 ingredients and really in all of about 5 minutes.

But I have seen the light! This stuff is crazy easy and insanely good. I made the featured Peanut Butter Ritz White Chocolate version. It tastes like those yummy White Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers without all of the hassle. Want to make your own?

Peanut Butter Ritz White Chocolate Fudge

1 bag white chocolate chips
1 can vanilla frosting
2 cups Peanut Butter Ritz Bits

Melt chocolate chips.

Stir in the frosting.

Stir in the Ritz Bits.

Spread in a lightly greased or wax paper lined pan.

Chill for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.

Enjoy!

Oh yummm...I gotta try this! I even have an extra package of white chocolate chips! But...I have never heard of Peanut Butter Ritz Bits, must not have them around here. Any suggestions for what might work for a substitution?
