I'm going to print this out and give it to my husband.
My hubby just attacks the bird and makes meat piles. Some of it is in slices, but it's not exactly pretty. And since I don't want to do it, I don't make any comment on his technique.
I watched my MIL do this last night and I will be so excited to show her that she did it ALL WRONG! I already had to tell her she wasn't supposed to cover it in the oven. DUH!
(she really is a fabulous cook though)
