Pupcakes? Yes! Costume? No!

I documented Scarlett's dislike of costumes here. Well, lucky for her, things have been crazy busy around here lately, which means no costume for Halloween this year. Instead, she got her favorite pupcakes, a-1-week-late-3rd-birthday treat. Scarlett thinks that you should make some for your dog today!

Peanut Butter Delight Pupcakes

1 cup white flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup shredded carrots

1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey

1 egg

For frosting:

8oz. cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons honey

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients and stir.

Fill muffin tins, sprayed with non-stick spray or lined with liners, about 2/3 full.

Bake 20-25 minutes.

Combine softened cream cheese and honey. Ice cooled pupcakes. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
