Peanut Butter Delight Pupcakes
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
For frosting:
8oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients and stir.
Fill muffin tins, sprayed with non-stick spray or lined with liners, about 2/3 full.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Combine softened cream cheese and honey. Ice cooled pupcakes. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
