We have one dog, Scarlett, (who thinks she is a human with 4 legs) but we are thinking about getting a second one. We also have one fish who is huge and has bullied all of the other fish in the tank to death...literally. We really want to re-do our tank, but feel bad if we just flush the fish to start over. Isn't that awful?
2. If you could switch places with anyone in the world for one day, who would it be?
I would probably switch with Bill Gates long enough to get his PIN # and make a quick trip to the ATM!
3. What is your favorite money saving tip?
Don't use credit cards! I know you will tell yourself that you will pay it off when the bill comes, but then life gets in the way and before you know it you are carrying a balance. Nobody would buy a cute purse that was marked at $50 plus 20%, but if you carry a balance even for a month, that is exactly what you do. OK, I am done channeling my inner Dave Ramsey now...
4. What do you want your kids to be when they grow up?
My dog is my only kid right now, and even though she is super cute, she has no super powers, so I am guessing she will still be a dog when she grows up.
5. What is your favorite quote?
It really depends on my mood at the moment--Steel Magnolias is full of good ones, one of my faves is "If you can't say something nice, come sit by me!" And of course, I always love "There is a skinny girl inside me who is dying to get out, but I can usually shut her up with cookies."
