Giant Cinnamon Cheese Danish

I made this yummy, easy recipe for my Sunday School breakfast this past weekend. It would be a perfect addition to your Christmas morning breakfast. Enjoy!

Giant Cinnamon Cheese Danish

1 can Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls with icing
8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate.

Separate dough into 5 rolls; set icing aside. Unroll 1 roll into a long strip of dough; reroll loosely and place in center of pan. Unroll second roll; loosely wrap around first roll, cinnamon side in. Repeat with remaining rolls, coiling dough in pie plate in a spiral shape.

In a small bowl, beat remaining ingredients, except icing, with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture into a ziploc bag with a 1/2 inch hole cut in the bottom corner. With corner of bag about halfway down into rolls, pipe mixture between strips of dough, starting at center and working to the of edge of pan, using all of mixture. You will look like this at this point:

Bake 25-35 minutes or until center is thoroughly baked and edges are deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Meanwhile, remove lids from icing, microwave 10-15 seconds until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle icing over coffee cake . Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
