21 Day Fix: Round 5 Done!

A week ago, I finished my fifth round of 21 Day Fix and I thought that I would give you a little update on my progress.

Weight Lost: This round: 8lbs. Total: 30lbs.

Inches Lost: Still losing inches and fighting to keep my pants up!

Exercise: Not as committed to DVD's as I would have liked this round, due to some out of town time, medical tests, holidays, etc., so looking to hit that hard this round. Walking at least 45 minutes a day as well.

Food: I am still tracking calories (1,320 per day) using My Fitness Pal and trying not to let all of these summer get-togethers and special occasions trip me up.

Water: Drinking just under a gallon a day!

On to Round 6!

This is awesome, Stacie!! Way to go!! I've ended up mixing my fave 21 Day Fix workouts in with other programs (TurboFire & Hip Hop Abs), + walks and yoga, to give myself some variety. So glad you've stuck with the program and are seeing such great results!!
