We have a typical 2 year old and she is beginning to test the boundaries, so when I saw this chart from Carol Tuttle, author of The Child Whisperer, I thought why not give these techniques a shot.
It looks like we have a Sensitive Child on our hands, which is not very surprising since her Mama is the same way. It's helpful to try to step back and really think about how she is feeling and then tackle the challenging behavior in the way that makes her feel most secure.
This parenting gig is no joke!
