I picked up this tip last week when using a recipe for Super Laundry Sauce. The recipe called for you to screw a mason jar onto your blender blade and I was like, what?
From Real Simple, "Many detachable blender blade assemblies screw right onto a regular mouth Mason jar. Don't fill it by more than half, though, and as with any regular blender, avoid very hot liquids."
Basically a poor man's Magic Bullet...you are welcome...now go make me a smoothie, or a milkshake, ooh, how about some salsa?
