Either non-acetone nail polish remover or cooking spray will work. Simply place a small amount on a cotton ball and rub until the sticker is no more.

ha. I gave my niece her birthday gift on Saturday and someone commented on the fact that I hadn't removed the price tags. I just forgot, but I felt like a donkey! Great tip :)
Genius!!! I had plates like these with stickers on the bottom and was so lazy that I just left them on. Two years later, after who knows how many washes, they STILL had sticky residue on them!
