Tipsy Tuesday (#238)

If you are still putting the final touches on a Halloween costume for your little one, here are a few reminders.

Tip #238

Follow these simple guidelines to ensure that your child's costume is safe.

•Decorate costumes and bags with reflective tape or stickers and, if possible, choose light colors.
•Choose face paint and makeup whenever possible instead of masks, which can obstruct a child’s vision.
•Have kids carry glow sticks or flashlights to help them see and be seen by drivers.
•When selecting a costume, make sure it is the right size to prevent trips and falls.

P.S. We aren't for the scary Halloween stuff but Elise is dressing up for her first time Trunk or Treating and going to visit some friends who want to see her costume, what do you do for Halloween?

Hope Elise has fun dressing up for her first time Trunk or Treating!!

I'm planning to hang out with my mom on Halloween night - have a fun supper and hand out treats! She gets significantly less trick-or-treaters than I would if I stayed at my place, but... this saves me a bit o' cash. I'll be the scrooge on the street this year... ;)
