Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Cake
So, I've been a little slack for the last 2 months and haven't participated in the Cake Slice Bakers group, but somebody said "chocolate" and "peanut butter" and I came running this month! It boasts a chocolate cookie crust, peanut butter mousse layer, chocolate mousse layer and a bittersweet chocolate glaze.
A huge bonus? It is no bake, which I love. Mine probably needed to set a bit longer before slicing, so it wasn't beautiful, but it was tasty. The peanut butter mousse was amazing! We ate a piece at home and then I boxed the rest up for friends and co-workers, so we wouldn't be tempted to eat the whole thing!

the chocolate par sounds great but not the peanut butter not sure why but not a fan of chocolate and peanut butter together
