DCB Recipe #24: Bubble Up Pizza

Not healthy at all, but so yummy!

Bubble Up Pizza

1 can (12oz) golden layer buttermilk biscuits
1 jar (15oz) pizza sauce 
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings - I use 1/2 hot sausage, 1/2 mini pepperoni

Spray your DCB  (or an 8x8 casserole dish) with cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut biscuits into quarters and place in Deep Covered Baker.

Toss biscuits with pizza sauce. Add pizza toppings and half of the cheese.
Stir until well blended.

Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are done.

I think I saw something like this on pinterest and would love to make it! I need to make it a point to cook a tad more. I love pizza!!! Everyone loves pizza in my house!!

I am trying this tonight. Had hoped there was a microwave time for this ... also since I'm new to the DCB, I wasn't sure whether or not to cook with the lid on. Hope so!

Had hoped for a microwave version but wasn't sure about experimenting.

Also, cook with lid on or off?
