This is one of the Rev's favorite take-to-parties recipes. He made it in the DCB for the first time this past weekend and it was super yummy! If you don't have a DCB, you can make this in any microwave safe glass dish. The Rev would also like for me to add that love is the most necessary ingredient in his cooking.....
The Rev's Pizza Dip
8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 small jar Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Spread softened cream cheese to cover the bottom of the deep covered baker.
Spread pizza sauce on top of the cream cheese layer.
Top with pepperoni, use as much as you would like.
Cover with shredded cheese and microwave, covered for 3 minutes .
Serve with sliced french bread.
