DCB Recipe #8: Chicken & Rice

Here is another super easy and super quick meal that you can make in the Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker (DCB). We almost always have chicken in the freezer and Rice-A-Roni in the cabinet, so this is perfect for those nights when you are short on time. And of course, you can change up the variety of rice to suit your tastes--we had fried rice last night with a touch of extra teriyaki sauce and it was delish!

Chicken & Rice

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I used tenders)
1 box rice-a-roni

Place chicken in the bottom of Deep Covered Baker; add rice, seasoning mix, then water (amount on the box). Put on the lid and microwave for 25 minutes.

Are the PC people paying you? if not, they should be. I love how you are finding all these great recipes for the DCB (which just makes me think of ODB--Old Dirty Bastard).

Anyway, I can't wait until I can have me some Rice-A-Roni again. I'm a carb girl. Completely. The pic looks delish!!
