Tip #140
You can have your candy and eat it too...just be smart about it!
Candy corn has just 3.5 calories per kernel, is fat free, and 1 cup of the chewy stuff has about the same amount of calories as a cup of raisins.
Check out Tip #89 for more smart Halloween candy options!

I like both raisins and candy corn... tough decision. ;)
I just left a big ol' comment and I got an error message! Blogger hates me.
I said something like this:
I LOVE candy corns and I checked your other list too. I was happy to see Twix on there b/c it's my favorite--this month. It changes. Anyway, I can't keep any candy in the house because I have no self control but you already knew that!
Thanks for linking up, Lovie!

I've been doing so well on the "eating healthy" project. And then came the Halloween candy. *sigh*
I'll have to check out that list and pick some healthier options!!
I ate a 1/4 cup of candy corn yesterday...one little kernel at a time.
candy corn is awesome. Raisins...should just stick to singing about hearing it through the grape vine. :)
I love Candy Corn. And do you know that it is sometimes made in different colors??
omg... I love candy corn and I can't eat it cause I started the South Beach diet this week... I just had a sugar free popsicle and it tasted like an old ice cube... but I have lost 8 pounds in 7 days!
love candy corn
Can you please calculate how much an entire bag would be, cuz that's how I eat it!
Thanks for linking up and telling me it's ok to eat candy, I knew I loved you for a good reason!
I have been eating handfuls of these for a few weeks now wondering how many cals are in them!!
Did you know I was wondering?
