Tip #138
If you want to cut back on fall allergies, spend the morning indoors.
Cooler temperatures and better weather tempt us to enjoy the fall mornings outdoors. Unfortunately, this is when pollen counts are at their peaks. In fact, there is more pollen in the air between 10 a.m. and noon than at any other time of the day. So, if you're planning on doing yard work or exercising outside, try to do it in the late afternoon or early evening.
**Alright now, I'm talking tips, head over to see what Impulsive and Shawn are talking about on Talk to us Tuesday!**

Or take lots of allergy meds!!! Seriously, if you regularly take your Zyrtec (don't just take them when you feel allergies coming on), you will completely prevent the allergies from occurring in the first place.

Have I ever told you how much I love your blog design? Well I do! I love the colors, the font, the some what damask look, it's one of my favorites!
I only started suffering from allergies last year, now my eye run, not water, run, if they even think something's in the air.
Thanks for linking up my dear!
My little boy has allergies....and he has recess at 10am. I can tell when the pollen has been strong when he gets home from school. :(
Can you believe that I don't suffer from allergies? I'm the only one in my family. I think that makes me super special and another reason that God loves me more! ;)
Sinus infections are another issue. =(
Thanks for linking up with us, YO! xoxo
With this first snow we had, the allergy factor is greatly reduced. And I am soooo happy!
And that's why I don't ever leave the house. lol!
I haven't had an allergy attack since we moved away from Utah. My allergies are so weird.
Thanks for the tip!

Ugh allergies. i live in Austin, TX. If you move here and don't have allergies, you will in about a year after living here. they bite!

Not sure why.....since everyone around me has been doing worse this year.
Maybe I outgrew it???? Is that possible?
Good advice. My hubby's allergies are at their worst in the am. He levels off by mid day.
