A few common sense reminders never hurt.
Drink plenty of water regularly and often, even if you do not feel thirsty. Attempt to stay hydrated. Limit intake of alcoholic beverages, which can actually dehydrate your body. And eat well-balanced, light, regular meals, being sure to avoid high protein foods that increase metabolic heat.

I never can get enough water! Great tip!! As hot as it is, and as much sweat as we are shedding, I'd think we would all be losin' major weight.. being this hot doesn't even make you hungry... i'm rambling! Great tip!
LIMIT THE ALCOHOL INTAKE? THE HELL YOU SAY!!!
I will do no such thing but I DOOOO drink lots of H2O.
