We Want To Know Wednesday!

Photobucket

So, these fun gals ( Impulsive Addict , Janette , Mamarazzi , and Shawn ) are dying to know how I will answer these questions...

{1.} What is the best or worst pick up line you have ever been given?

I've never been given one, seriously...

{2.} What is your most and least favorite day of the week?

My least favorite is probably Monday--just trying to get back into the work week routine and all of that jazz. My most favorite is probably Saturday, especially if I don't have plans and I just get to do whatever I want (well, whatever I want and the laundry, too, of course...)

{3.} How many hours of sleep do you require each night?

In a perfect world, I'd get 8-10. I'll settle for 7. If I get less than 6, you better watch out...

{4.} Is there a song that takes you back in time? What song is it & what's the memory attached?

I don't know if I just liked it a lot or if my Mom just played it a lot, but I always remember Debby Boone's, "You Light Up My Life" playing in the lower level of our split level house, the level with the horrible wood panelling and hideous curtains. I can also sing pretty much any Barry Manilow tune (again, thanks to Mom!). Sadly this has not really gotten me very far in life...In recent years, no story attached, but I cannot help but smile and have a better day if I hear Hanson's "MmmBop," Boyz2Men's "Motownphilly," or Outkast's "Ms. Jackson.

{5.} What is your biggest guilty pleasure?

Magazines--love them, buy them, read them cover to cover. If they imposed some sort of fine for tree killing and wasting paper, I would still buy them!

Another magazine lover!!! Yeah!! I seriously think it is an addiction though--- a very costly one! I talked the hubby into subscriptions for most cause it is cheaper but I still buy several others off the shelf!

I love magazines too, luckily my supervisor's wife gives me all of hers when she's done with them so I don't have to go out and buy them!

Monday's are pretty terrible, but what I like about them at work is that they usually go by quickly.

And I'm glad I'm not the only one who's gone without a pick up line!

I used to buy fashion mags... vogue, Instyle, and Harper's Bizarre... and then I quit my job. So that little guilty pleasure went away.
I also bought Vanity Fair. It actually was more than a fashion mag!

A friend recently said to me, "Remember that Outkast song, Ms Jackson?" And we literally busted out the entire song - word for word - and laughed our asses off. In the middle of a restaurant, while people looked at us and smiled, and some even started to sing along. Apparently it's one you don't forget!

I agree, Monday's suck.

Magazines are amazing! I could sit and read them all day, it's horrible!

& I now have MmmBop stuck in my head haha.

Here's your first pick up line. Ready?

"Is that a mirror in your pocket 'cause I can me in your pants." Boys are so stupid.

Love your days b/c they're mine too!

WHO IS DEBBY BOONE'S??? Ok...those last few selections are more like it.

I love me some mags too. I'm an Us and People kind of girl. You know, the TRASH ones.

I like magazines for traveling, easily interrupted, easy to go back to.
I was usually too clueless to understand a pick up line.

I'm jealous that you've never had some creep say a lame pick up line to you! They're really never good & always uncomfortable!

How does that dang laundry always fine a way to sneak in and ruin our weekends? I swear it'll be the death of me!

Magazine's are a great way to pass the time at work! Along with blogging and facebook. ;)
