An amazing home-cooked dinner, the gift I asked for and this for dessert....Paula Deen's Chocolate Explosion Cheesecake. A graham cracker crust, chocolate layer, caramel syrup, cookie dough layer, cheesecake layer, and chocolate ganache....all by himself! He's a keeper.
