Tip #92

Forgot to soften your butter? No problem.

Now you can cream cold butter and sugar instantly. Don't microwave the butter which can affect consistency. Instead, microwave the sugar for 1 minute. The heated granules will soften the butter as you cream.

Great tip! And I'm always nuking butter then sticking it in the freezer because it's too melty...
