Tipsy Tuesday (#83)

Simplify your salsa!

Tip #83

Use this tip to cut down on the work involved in seeding chiles for salsa and other tasty dishes.

Chiles give a great heat to homemade salsa, but the work involved in removing the seeds can be a pain. Try this trick: cut off both ends, then roll the pepper across your cutting board. The seeds should pop out the cut ends.
