Pay attention and save!
Estimates indicate that food prices will increase 5% by the end of 2010, with the biggest increase in dairy and meat. Keep your eye on the gas pump. When fuel goes up, so do groceries--when filling your tank starts to cost more, start stocking your freezer, the increase is coming!
