Save on expensive floor cleaning pads and use this in-every-kitchen supply to polish wood floors fast.
Grab a foot-long piece of wax paper and wrap it around the head of a mop or Swiffer, waxy side facing out. Tuck in the ends and "mop" as usual. The paper creates friction that buffs away dirt while imparting a light wax finish to leave floors gleaming.
