Use this household staple to clean wet, muddy footprints from car floorboards without scrubbing.
Pour a 1/4" thick layer of Epsom salts on the mud and let it sit for 15 minutes. Because they are super absorbent, Epsom salts sap the moisture that binds dirt to fabric. Then just run a vacuum over the residue to reveal mud-free floor mats.
