Tipsy Tuesday (#114)

I hate realizing that I am missing ingredients or getting to steps that I am unsure of right in the middle of cooking something.

Tip #114

Start "cooking" outside the kitchen.

Sit down and read your recipe the entire way through before you begin cooking. This prevents any "oops" moments later on and ensures a greater number of kitchen successes.
